Why do you think the Iconic Essence is important?

The Iconic Essence is the real, raw truth of who you are. We were created by the Divine beautiful, unique, and radiant divine beings of love and light. Like every being here on Earth, we are meant to be ourselves and share who we are in our relationship with everyone else, Mother Earth and beings of nature. We are needed: honest, real, and in our essence. However, we have been socialized to try to be someone we are not, to dislike aspects of who we are. We have been taught to forget our divine origin and our true essence, to the point that most people have a distorted vision of who they are and, therefore, struggle in life. Being in your essence is important because, in your essence, you are naturally happy, you are truly in your power and develop the most harmonious relationship with yourself and the world. And there is more. In your essence, you get to make a positive impact in this world in a way you couldn’t otherwise. You become Iconic, a leader in your own life and the community. In your essence, your words and actions are aligned with your divinity and are powerful. Your presence, all by itself, becomes transformational and a true blessing to everyone around you. That’s why I can tell you that the world needs you to step into your Iconic Essence. Your essence is that important.

How does your Iconic Essence shape what you do?

I am an Incan High Priestess, Medicine Woman, and Guide for the emerging Medicine Women. Medicine Women receive deep healing, initiations, and more through sacred programs with me. First of all, doing what I do is not a bright business idea I came up with. I was called to do this kind of work. My spirit guides showed me what to do, and how to do it, gave me the programs and more, and that could happen because I took responsibility for my life, and after healing my life at depth, I stepped into my essence. Given the spiritual nature of my life mission, I can tell you that leading from my Iconic Essence is key to being effective in guiding and supporting my sister clients to go from where they are to where they want to be accomplishing their life missions. I tap into my essence to connect with the Divine, and my spirit guides so that we work as a team. This is how I can always be sure that I am making the right decisions and that I am honoring life and keeping the energy in harmonious balance in my sacred business and my relationships, too. This sacred business I call “Alturas” is an expression of my soul and a co-creation with my spirit guides of nature and beyond. Because I am in my Iconic Essence, connected with my Divine Essence, aligned with my life mission, and committed to working for the Divine Light, I get to make a difference in people’s lives, enjoy life as I accomplish my life mission, and enjoy being myself at all times. There is no separation between who I am and my sacred work. I show up as myself, in total honesty, and channel messages and medicine from my spirit guides. Yes, there is real work involved, and I use my energy and time in my sacred business, but I truly enjoy and love what I do. It’s all meant to be and it’s all in alignment. I was born to be this Incan High Priestess, Medicine Woman, and Guide for the emerging Medicine Women that I am.

Why does the Iconic Essence matter during these transformational times?

We are living in the “Great Awakening” that the Inca people prophesied. Ancient cultures knew that these would be transformational times. This is not easy. So much confusion and strong feelings are coming to the surface. And it is part of the process of the “Great Awakening” that we come in touch with our personal and collective wounds. This process calls for new leaders in our global community. True leaders of Love and Light who dare to let go of the old programming, who are willing to rediscover their Iconic Essence and show up deeply rooted in the truth of who they are. The Soul Artists are needed, the Priestesses are needed, the Medicine Women are needed, and so many more. And here we are, Laura, me, and all of us in this panel, responding to the Divine calling to contribute to the emergence of the new leaders of the Earth. The more people choose this path of freedom in their essence, the more we change the old paradigm – we know in our heart of hearts – has never worked for us, and we start co-creating from love and authenticity the world we want for ourselves and our children. Let being in your essence be your legacy.
